The following is a list of critical bugs or important limitations that users should be aware of that affect Map360. It is not intended as an exhaustive list of all issues.
Important Note: If you ever experience a crash when using Map360, when you are asked if you would like to send an error report, please always select Yes to send the report. MicroSurvey and IntelliCAD programmers can use these error reports to help investigate and fix crashing problems that occur within the program, even if it is a problem that is not easily reproducible.

Problem: The "Show frame" toggle for PointClouds imported as Objects resets to ON after closing and reopening the drawing.
Workaround: None.
Solution: This will be fixed with a future update of Map360.

Problem: Remote server name is not being remembered and has to be reentered.

Problem: Remote license list does not always appear on a clean install or on PC
restart.
Workaround: Allow time for all components to fully load and try again.

Problem: Global Mapper - Address search causes unhandled exception crash.
Workaround: Search a location using a different method, such as lat/long, current screen bounds, etc.

Problem: Custom template (.DWT) causes vectorization error.
Workaround: Disable the scene graphics (GRAPHICSCONFIG set to 0) or create a new custom template with the latest version.

Problem: Importing an LGS with convert to LGSx causes a crash when importing from OneDrive or Dropbox, and the LGS file has geotags included.
Workaround: Store the point cloud locally or on a network drive.

Problem: With an LGSx file loaded, the search in the Help window causes Map360 to freeze.
Workaround: Purge the LGSx before searching the Help window.

Problem: The user is no longer notified if AECOBJECTS is set to OFF, and the properties panel may show
additional/unexpected options.
Workaround: Run the command AECOBJECTS and set the variable to 0.

Problem: Viewport does not display attached image when running _IMS_EXPORT in Windows 11.
Workaround: Create a new viewport, unload and reload the raster image, or use Print to PDF.
